We understand that many questions arise when it comes to how to book an appointment or which hair we can color how. Below, we have compiled the most common questions to make it easier for you. If you can’t find the answer to your question, you are more than welcome to contact us.
Can you bleach or color my henna-dyed hair?
The best thing is if you stop by the salon before booking so we can take a look at how your hair looks and what type of henna you have used.
What does 'small haircut' mean?
A 'small haircut' is for you who come in for regular haircuts. No more than 4 weeks should have passed between visits. It’s about a refresh on clean hair. No washing or styling is included in the price.
How do I cancel when you are closed?
If you have booked your appointment through Bokadirekt, you can also cancel it there. If you haven't booked online, we prefer that you email us as soon as possible; the email address can be found below. If you cancel later than 24 hours before your booked time, we will charge 80% of the price. If you have further questions, call us as soon as we open.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied?
Contact us and we'll discuss how we can resolve this together. We appreciate your feedback and always do our best to ensure satisfied customers.
