How pricing for your treatment is determined
With us, the price of your treatment is based on the stylist’s level of experience and education. All of our stylists provide high-quality services – the difference lies in experience, continued training, and the time required for each treatment.
Master Stylist
The stylist has extensive experience in the profession and has continuously developed their skills through advanced training and external courses. Holds a Master Craftsman Certificate.
Experienced Stylist
The stylist has long professional experience and has further developed their skills through continued education. Holds a Journeyman Certificate.
Junior Stylist
The stylist is new with us or has recently become a qualified stylist. Holds a Journeyman Certificate and receives guidance from an experienced or master stylist.
Trainee
The stylist has completed their basic education and is working towards their Journeyman Certificate by completing the required 2,000 training hours. Supervised by our qualified stylists.
Student
The stylist is currently completing their basic education at a hairdressing school and is supervised by our qualified stylists.

We understand that many questions arise when it comes to how to book an appointment or which hair we can color how. Below, we have compiled the most common questions to make it easier for you. If you can’t find the answer to your question, you are more than welcome to contact us.
Can you bleach or color my henna-dyed hair?
The best thing is if you stop by the salon before booking so we can take a look at how your hair looks and what type of henna you have used.
What does 'small haircut' mean?
A 'small haircut' is for you who come in for regular haircuts. No more than 4 weeks should have passed between visits. It’s about a refresh on clean hair. No washing or styling is included in the price.
How do I cancel when you are closed?
If you booked your appointment online, you should also cancel it there. You can try emailing us, but if you don’t receive a confirmation (a reply from us) that we’ve received your cancellation, you’ll also need to call us to cancel the appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged 80% of the total amount.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied?
Contact us and we'll discuss how we can resolve this together. We appreciate your feedback and always do our best to ensure satisfied customers.
